This feature apply to Driver/Escort Accounts:

Load alerts are targeted notifications that can be delivered to your phone via text or email. Alerts can be created based on many criteria including states, regions, escort positions, and rate (e.g. Get notified only for high pole jobs in TX).

You can choose to receive these alerts on your phone via text or via email. By selected the checkbox under "Notification Methods" in the Alerts tab of your dashboard.

To create a load alert, go to your dashboard and select "Alerts" from the menu. Then click "Add Alert". A form will open. Once you select what you want to by alerted for, just click "save."

Load alerts are only available to Driver Premium subscribers or Driver accounts on free trials.
