For Driver/Escort Accounts without a payment method:

If you haven't entered a credit card into the system: You can continue to enjoy the premium features until your trial period is over. Once over, you will be placed into the free account with limited features. You can choose to Upgrade again at any time to get access to premium features by visiting the "Upgrade" tab.

For Driver/Escort Accounts with a payment method:

If you currently have a payment method associated with your account. Go to the "Settings" page, click "Downgrade to Free". You will be placed into the free plan at the end of your trial period and will not be charged.

For Load Manager Accounts:

These accounts are free. So there is nothing to cancel.
