Only "Load Manager" accounts can post loads. Simply sign up for free or login to your existing account. Once logged in, select "Post Load" from the menu then click "Post Load" button. If you are unable to post a load, ensure that you are logged into a Load Manager account, and not a Driver account, as posting is restricted to Load Managers. Additionally, you must use a unique email address that hasn't been used for another account when signing up.
Troubleshooting Posting Issues
If you are having trouble posting a load, here are some common solutions:
Ensure you're logged into the correct account: Posting is restricted to Load Manager accounts. Double-check you are not logged into a Driver account.
Verify your account registration: Use the unique email address required for Load Manager accounts when registering.
Complete registration process: If issues persist, make sure to complete the sign-up process fully on the Pilot Car Loads website or app.
Once posted it will be immediately posted to the load board and sent to drivers that have alerts set up that match your load. You will be able to see how many alerts are sent.
Once the load is covered, come back and mark the loads as covered so you don't received additional calls for this load. Once a load is marked as covered, the status is updated on the load board and the phone number is removed.
