Load managers are independent companies that sign up to posts loads. Loads are immediately posted to the load board and are sent to drivers that are subscribed and created alerts. Pilot Car Drivers then contact the company directly, negotiate the price, and bill the company themselves.

You can think of us like Uber but for pilot cars. We don't actually post or manage loads ourselves we provide the technology to connect Pilot Car Drivers with jobs.
