Managing notification alerts effectively ensures timely updates and a streamlined workflow.
First, Log in into your dashboard and select "Alerts" from the menu. You can also use alternative methods, such as the app, to manage these alerts for greater convenience.
At the top under "Notification Methods" just uncheck the methods you don't want to receive alerts from.
On the Alerts page, you will see a list of all your alerts. Any alerts badged with "Active" will send alerts to your checked notification methods when a matching job is posted. You can click on these alerts and either click "Delete" to removed them or change the status form "Active" to "Inactive" to keep the alert but stop receiving notifications.
If you want to re-enable SMS notifications, reply with 'START' to any previous text message. Check for any SMS blocking settings on your device. 4. For email notifications, verify the spam/junk folder and add the sender's email to your safe sender list if necessary.
