Once you sign up as a "Driver/Escort", you will automatically be placed into the free trial of the "Driver Premium" account. This gives you full access to all the features of Pilot Car Loads for the trial period including Load Alerts.

If you have not entered a payment method on your account, at the end of your trial period you will be placed into the Free/Basic account. You will be able to login and view the Load Board and Profile but you will not receive Load Alerts unless you choose to Upgrade your account. You can choose to Upgrade by clicking "Upgrade" from the menu of your dashboard.

If you have already entered a payment method on your account. After your trial, you will be charged and continue your premium subscription until you downgrade. To downgrade choose "Settings" from the menu of your dashboard then click "Downgrade to Free". You will be downgraded at the end of your period and not be charged.
