If you are on a free trial an "Upgrade" page will appear in the menu if your trial is within 14 days of ending. Go to that page and click on "Upgrade Now". Just enter your payment information. Then return to your dashboard and click "Continue." You will be upgraded to immediately and your subscription will continue monthly until you Downgrade/Cancel.
